The Fish Lady Recipe: Episode 8 – Whole Grilled Trout
- 2 trout, cleaned, heads and fins removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Parsley, chopped (optional)
Coat trout in olive oil to prevent sticking to grill. Sprinkle salt and pepper inside fish cavity. In a small bowl mix melted butter and garlic. Spread garlic butter inside fish. Add lemon slices inside fish.
Preheat grill on medium high heat. Grill trout 3-5 minutes or until meat turns white and flaky. Flip and grill for another 3-5 minutes.
Serve with grilled vegetables and top with parsley for garnish.
