The Fish Lady’s First Video Recipe: Baked Trout in White Wine
2 trout fillets
1/4-1/3 cup white wine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 whole garlic clove
Coat the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray. Place the trout fillets in the dish and add just enough wine to cover the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and thyme. Add the garlic clove. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until flaky.
