68 Fish Day at Lower Lake Mary. Flagstaff, Williams Area Fishing Reports
Fishing yesterday on Lower Lake Mary was epic yesterday. My coworker caught and released 68 trout yesterday on flies with size 12 Bead Head Prince Nymph and size 12 Pheasant Tail working best. The fish caught ranged from 10-16 inches. Other folks were catching trout on small lures.
Williams Area Lakes
Dogtown Lake has not been stocked yet, but will be soon. Fishing has been slow, but the few holdover fish being caught are nice size fish.
About 3,200 Rainbow Trout were stocked in Kaibab this week. The lake is still muddy so fishing is probably slow. I would try small silver or gold lures to try and catch the Trout.
