Parker Canyon Lake (Tucson)
- James: My 3 boys and I fished at Parker Canyon Lake Saturday, February 17, from 2 p.m. until dark. When we first got there, the shore was busy with anglers and we couldn’t find a good spot to fish. As time passed, each angler left until we were pretty much alone by 5 p.m. We caught 10 trout and 2 bass fishing worms off the bottom. Logan, who is 3, caught his first fish of his life, and we saw one of the best sunsets ever!
- Al and Carmen T.: A few weeks ago, my brother and I decided to fish Parker Canyon Lake. We launched our boat and went into the cove to the left of the launching area. We fished 3 hours in the morning catching 9 trout using gold Mepp spinners. We went out later in the afternoon to another location and in an hour and a half caught and released another 15 trout using pink powerboat on the bottom. All in all, it was a fun a productive trip catching and releasing 24 trout. – Grizbear
